There are a few things you need to know when using our apps.

We’ve built this section to help you quickly answer some common queries, and allow you to get on and start designing the dream sunroom or lattice/patio cover!

Questions

How do I get the full features of the App?

The full features of our apps can be unlocked if you take out a FREE TRIAL or have a valid subscription. Full details of how to sign up to the app can be found here.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. If you take out a subscription, you are free to cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel part way through the month, you will have use of the app until the end of your current billing period.

Can I purchase the App outright?

No. It is a subscription-only product. We need you to get the most out of our app, and without keeping you regularly updated we can’t give you best value. Also, the thought of customers leaving keeps us on our toes!

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment for the app is taken via a recurring card payments every month. Currently, the card types that we can accept are;

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (AMEX)

How do I change my payment or address details?

If you need to change your payment or address details for any reason, you can follow the steps below;

1. Firstly, find your most recent invoice in your emails.

2. On your invoice, click on the ‘View your account online’ link (See example below). This will take you to your account.

3. In the billing section on the right hand side, click on ‘Edit’. This will take you to a form which will allow you to change your payment details.

The app isn't right for me. How do I cancel my subscription?

As much as we would like it to, we understand that our apps won’t be suitable for everyone (although, we would like to hear from you if it isn’t). So we have made it super easy for you to cancel from within the app.

To do this, all you have to do is;

1. Open the app.

2. At the top of the screen, tap on the ‘About’ option

3. This will bring up a screen where you can select ‘Your Account’ from the bottom left

4. Your current subscription plan will be displayed with the next billing date. There will be a button for you to ‘Cancel Subscription’.

What if I need to use the app on 2 devices?

If you need to run the app on 2 (or multiple) devices concurrently, you will need a subscription for each device. Entering your activation code on a second device will give an option to revoke the current active device.

What if I get a new device?

If, for some reason, you need to use a new device and have a valid subscription plan, you can activate your new device following the steps below;

1. Download your chosen app onto the new device

2. When opening the app you will be prompted to input your activation code. Input the activation code which was used with your previous device.

3. You will be asked if you want to ‘revoke’ the activation on the old device. Accept this screen to transfer your activation to the new device.

At this point you have successfully transferred the subscription and will have access to the full features of the app on the new device.
